| Kathleen Sadak, M.D. Kate Sadak was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. She completed her undergraduate education at Penn State, where she also worked as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and as a Women's Health Clinic volunteer. After college she worked in the Emergency Department at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, Washington before beginning medical school. She moved to Washington, DC in 2001 where she completed her medical school training at George Washington University, and her pediatric training and Chief Residency at Children's National Medical Center. Throughout her training, Dr. Sadak has developed a special interest in taking care of adolescent patients and their healthcare needs, including areas of reproductive health, obesity, and mental health. She has spent time at Eastern High School's school based health center in DC, working with adolescents on issues such as obesity and sexually transmitted diseases. She is excited to be joining our practice, and looks forward to meeting you! |
