The on Call doctor is available after hours to handle emergencies and urgent care situations. If you believe your child is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, CALL 911. Our telephone voice mail system will provide the following options: if you need to speak to a physician about all other emergency or urgent conditions with your child, press 450 and you will be forwarded to our professional message service. They will relay your child's name, age, and basic problem to the doctor on call who will generally return your call within 5 to 30 minutes. Please call back if you have not received a call within 45 minutes; occasionally messages are transmitted incorrectly and need to be restated.

The voice mail system has a variety of options that allow for messages and information on routine medical problems as well as dosages for most over-the-counter medicines.
