Sick appointments are made on the same day as the visit. Our phone lines open at 7:00 A.M. Check-up visits are generally scheduled in advance.Please call our office after 9:00 A.M. to make an appointment for well child exam.

Confirmed office appointments and same day appointments are commitments to provide service during our workday. No-Shows and same day cancellations will be charged $35.00 for each appointment slot. Check-up visits must be cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time and sick visits must be cancelled within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment time to avoid the $35.00 cancellation fee. We understand there are unavoidable emergencies that may occur. Please call the office if you have any questions.
